Hey dear ones, I was recently asked by
a friend, plotting how best eye shadow pigments. Here I told you once geswatcht the different methods.

-base without using the P2 base applied wet
It's always amazing how different can seem one and the same color only by different order! The pigment is the way of NYX and is called "Black Pearl" So quite clearly. I carry pigments always wet, because they make easy the best color and to last:)
How do you prefer for pigments carries on?
